We do not use child-generated educational responses to train public AI models.

If subscriptions or purchases are offered, payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, or Stripe. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

Parents/admins may review child information, delete child profiles, and request data removal at any time.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers that help operate the platform, including Cloud hosting providers, Analytics providers, Email delivery services, Push notification providers, and Payment processors. These providers may only use data to perform services for SpireKids.

We use industry-standard security measures including Encrypted HTTPS connections, Secure authentication systems, Access controls, Encrypted password storage, and Secure cloud infrastructure.

While we work hard to protect information, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies. Users may request account deletion at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

SpireKids may send Verification emails, Password reset emails, Task reminders, Weekly reports, and Security notifications. You may manage notification preferences inside the app settings.

SpireKids may integrate with Firebase, Google Play Services, Apple Services, RevenueCat, and Analytics providers. These services may collect limited technical information according to their own privacy policies.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your own. By using SpireKids, you consent to such transfers where legally permitted.
